Printers: How to get to GBC Punch, Staple, and Output Tray Functions
Overview
Our new copiers (as of 2022) require some small steps from you for you to be able to choose output trays, and use staple and punches. The printers are deployed automatically, but these settings are not.
Steps
- Open Printers and Scanners from the start menu. You can also click the settings wheel in the start menu and then search "printer"

- Select the printer in question and then click manage

- Click Printer Propertie
- click the configuration tab
- click the configuration tab

- And then click auto configuration. This will give you access to the gbc punch unit and punch module.
- From here on out when you print a report, you can now go to properties prior to printing a report to select the punching options.
