Accessing your Abdo Support Portal account
Signing into the Abdo Support Portal gives you useful access to view your tickets and additional knowledge articles.
Setting up an Abdo Support Portal account
The Abdo Support Portal runs on Zoho. NOTE: Zoho is a platform used by other parts of the firm. If you use the CRM part of Zoho, you will need to create a second account with your work email for being a normal user seeking support.
If you haven't already received an invitation from Zoho to create an account, please choose one of the following options:
Set up through the Sign Up link
1. Click on "Sign Up" in the upper right-hand corner of the Abdo Support Portal
2. Enter your name and email, then fill in the captcha. This will send a confirmation/enrollment email.
3. You will get an email that looks like this from the IT Support Team. Click on the button in the email that says "ACCEPT THE INVITATION."
4. Create a password for your Abdo Support Portal user account. Your password must:
- Not be the same as your email or username,
- Be between 8-250 characters long.
5. You will then be brought to a page where you can edit your profile. Please fill in your:
- Name
- Display name
- Time Zone
Set up through email
- Send an email to "IT Support" in your contacts, or ITsupport@abdosolutions.com.
- In response, the support portal will send you an invitation email to create a Zoho user account if an account does not exist under that email address.
- Click on the link in the email.
- Create a password and save it to your LastPass.
- Log into the Abdo Support Portal with your new credentials.
Logging into an existing Abdo Support Portal account
On the right side of the ribbon across the top of the Abdo Support Portal page, select
sign in and enter your Abdo Support Portal account credentials.

How to tell if you're logged into the Abdo Support Portal
If you are not logged in, the top of the Abdo Support Portal will look like this:
