Contacting IT

Main support hours 

Main support hours for IT support are Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm CT.

Afterhours 

Limited IT support is available outside of main support hours. You can submit a ticket as normal for requesting assistance, as tickets are periodically monitored afterhours.

If you experience an issue outside of the main support hours, start with self-help:
  1. Look at Abdo Connect to see if an outage/issue was reported
  2. Go through Abdo Support Portal to see related articles 

If you have an emergency that can't wait and isn't resolved with self-help resources, you can call the IT Helpdesk number to reach the IT on-call.
