Main support hours for IT support are Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm CT.

Afterhours
Limited IT support is available outside of main support hours (6 p. m. to 12 a. m. Central Time Weekdays and 7 a. m. to 12 a. m. on Weekends). You can submit a ticket as normal for requesting assistance, as tickets are periodically monitored afterhours. During Busy Season (Feb --> April 15th), tickets are actively monitored from 9 a. m. (Central time) till 12 p. m.
If you experience an issue outside of the main support hours, start with self-help:

If you have an emergency that can't wait and isn't resolved with self-help resources, you can call the IT Helpdesk number to reach the IT on-call.
