Using the Abdo Cloud on the Windows App

This article will detail how to access the Abdo Cloud using the Windows App. 
  1. Click the Abdo - Cloud Shortcut located on your desktop
  2. Enter your account information, this is your abdo cloud login (email address)
  3. The first time you sign in, it will show you the Devices View. You can access the cloud this way with session desktop if you prefer and you can also adjust remote session settings by clicking the 3 dots on the shown SessionDesktop
  4. For most members of the firm who use Remote Apps, you would click the Apps Tab
  5. From here you will see all remote apps in the abdo cloud you have been provisioned. You can scroll to find the app you want to launch, or you can use the search function
  6. If you click, the star in the right hand corner of an app or session desktop, you can add it to your favorites. 
  7. Launching any app or session desktop is done by a single left click on the resource in question. 

Multiple Accounts

Most members of the firm only use one account but if you are a member who needs to have more than one account on the windows app to access resources, you can click on your profile in the top right corner and then click " sign in with another account"
