Using Windows Voice Recorder

Launch Voice Recorder

Head to your windows search bar and type "voice" the voice recorder app should be the first result.



Record a Voice Clip

1. Click microphone button on the left to begin recording.



2. Once you are finished click the stop button in the middle of the screen.



3. You will see all of your past recordings to the left of the microphone button. Give your recording a listen to make sure you are happy with it!




Submit Your Recording

1. The default location that the voice recordings are saved are in your Documents folder in a folder called "Sound recordings"



2. You can also access your voice recordings by clicking the three dots to the bottom right of the voice recorder app and then selecting open file location.



3. Head to the Microsoft form https://forms.office.com/r/DViYm9ZEUq and upload your preferred recording then click submit.
