Overview
Zoom offers several ways to easily call out to your contacts, recent calls, or any other number you wish to reach.
No need to remember internal extensions or search for them elsewhere -- you can reach anyone in your Outlook contacts through the Enter a name or number prompt.
Zoom will suggest contacts as you fill in the contact name. Press enter or click on the contact you want to call to dial out.
Favorites / Speed Dial
You can pin another Abdo staff member to your speed dial list by selecting ... (more) > Star this contact either from your call history logs or their contact card in the Zoom app.
To remove people from your speed dial, hover your mouse over the contact > select ... (more) > Unstar this contact.
Please note that Zoom limits this feature to internal personnel, so you cannot add clients or shared lines (i.e. IT Helpdesk) to your favorites.

Any contact you create in Outlook should show up in Zoom, which can make it easier to quickly call clients or other phone numbers. You can also create or add to Outlook contacts from your call history logs.
We recommend managing your contacts from Outlook for best results.
Other Numbers
Direct Dialing
You can enter the phone number you want to reach in the Enter a name or number prompt. Zoom will suggest contacts and previous calls as you fill in the number. Press enter when done filling in the number, press the call button under the dial pad, or click the suggested number/contact you wish to reach.
Call History
You can call numbers in your call history logs by hovering your mouse over the call and selecting the phone button that appears. There are additional options under the ... (more) button.
Troubleshooting
Calls not connecting
Often enough, logging out and then back into the Zoom app is enough to resolve issues with the phone feature.
