Integrate Outlook calendar
This article covers how to add your Outlook calendar to your Zoom account, so you can receive meeting notifications on your desktop and easily join meetings.
1. Click on the prompt on your Zoom Meetings desktop app, or go directly to
zoom.us and log in
2. In the navigation pane on the left, go to PERSONAL > Profile
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile page. Under "Others," select the button to "Configure Calendar and Contacts Service."
4. A pop-up will appear that explains what kind of calendar access will be granted. Select "Continue."
5. You will be prompted to log into your email or confirm that you want to link your firm email.
6. Select "Accept" to grant calendar access to Zoom.
Your Outlook calendar should now be linked to Zoom. The bottom of your PERSONAL: Profile page should now reflect this.
