This KB covers how to use the service account expense user (svcact_expenseUser@abdosolutions.com) 

This is applicable for Admin staff who need to expense items to the office or to a client that are not tied to a firm credit card (such as ups deliveries). 

Click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the Remote Desktop Application (cloud app launcher as we sometimes call it).  and click subscribe:

Provide the username svcact_expenseUser@abdosolutions.com (credentials have been pre-shared with you in Bitwarden). For mfa, you will need to use the TOTP entry from the Bitwarden entry. 

You will then see a new workspace called MOYEAH-Workspace with a time capture icon. 

You can then treat it as you would a normal account to sign in and add expenses for this account. 

Note, this server pool is designed to only run when needed so logins will take a bit as the server pool automatically starts and stops based on if users are signed in or not.
